Minimum Order
A $250 minimum applies to all catering events.
Deposit & Booking Policy
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date and time.
The deposit will be applied toward the final catering total.
Business and Corporate Catering
For companies or organizations with a valid business license, Aerostat Creamery may invoice the remaining balance after the event is completed.
A minimum $250 non-refundable deposit is still required to reserve the event.
The maximum serving amount is calculated at four times the deposit amount. For example, a $250 deposit allows for up to $1,000 in total servings unless additional arrangements are made before the event.
The final invoice will include all products served, applicable travel fees, labor fees, and any approved additional charges.
Private Parties
Private events must be paid in full prior to the event.
Before the event, Aerostat Creamery and the customer will agree on the estimated number of servings and product quantities to be made available.
Customers may purchase additional servings in advance if they would like to increase the available quantity.
Any prepaid servings that are not used will be refunded after the event, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any applicable fees.
