About Us

Aerostat Creamery is a locally owned ice cream shop in Murrieta, California, built around simple things done well: homemade ice cream, classic desserts, friendly service, and a place where families, students, and neighbors can stop in for something special. We make our ice cream in-house and serve everything from scoops and cones to sundaes, shakes, floats, banana splits, hand-packed pints, and catering for parties and events.

Aerostat Creamery was founded by a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer who spent more than 20 years learning the value of hard work, attention to detail, and taking pride in the job. After retiring from the Navy, that same hands-on spirit went into building Aerostat Creamery from the ground up… from the shop itself to the mobile ice cream truck. What started as a small local creamery has grown into a place where old-fashioned ice cream shop favorites meet homemade flavors and a commitment to serving the Murrieta community.

We are proud to be a small, local business, and we love being part of the everyday moments that bring people together, an after-school scoop, a family night out, a birthday party, a catered event, or a pint taken home to share. Whether you visit our shop or invite our ice cream truck to your next event, our goal is simple: serve great ice cream, treat people well, and create a little joy one scoop at a time.
